Welcome to Simply Hats! Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Simply Hats website (the "Service") operated by Simply Hats ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Product Information and Print-on-Demand Process

Simply Hats operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning each product is custom-made upon order. Our hats and accessories are fulfilled through third-party production partners. Because items are made specifically for you, there may be variations in product appearance compared to online images.

3. Production and Shipping Times

Each order is produced only once it’s placed, so please allow additional time for production. Estimated production times typically range between 7-10 days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the fulfillment partner’s location. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Note: Delays caused by the production partner or in transit are beyond our control, but we will keep you informed of any significant changes.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All prices listed on our site are in AUD and include GST, where applicable. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and we accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless specified as free shipping in a promotion. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is defective, please email us at hello@simplyhats.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect

We will evaluate each request individually and work with you to resolve the issue.

Note: Refunds are not available for changes of mind, as each product is custom-made upon order.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel the order due to the print-on-demand process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Simply Hats website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of Simply Hats or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use of any content is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment Services

Our print-on-demand products are produced and shipped by third-party providers. By ordering from Simply Hats, you acknowledge that third parties may handle parts of the order fulfillment and delivery processes. We will provide support for any issues arising with third-party services but are not responsible for delays or damages caused by these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simply Hats is not liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use or inability to use our Service, or from any delays, defects, or issues that may arise with third-party fulfillment providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
