Returning faulty Items

Mistakes can happen! If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email us at hello@simplyhats.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your name, order number, and details of the fault along with a photo. We will replace the faulty item free of charge or provide a full refund.

Please note, if the return is not deemed faulty, it will not qualify for a replacement or refund. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Sale & Sample Items

We do not offer returns on sale items or items purchased from our sample stock.

Colour Disclaimer

We strive to ensure our online photographs are as true to colour as possible. However, due to variations in monitors, lighting sources, and dye lots, we cannot guarantee the colour you see on your screen accurately reflects the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be considered absolutely correct.

Australian shipping Information

All items are manufactured on demand within 7 days of purchase and shipped within 20 business days from production. During sale periods, there may be slight delays in shipping time.

Return Shipping 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please obtain a tracking number for your return parcel and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
